Sattva & Company is the heartfelt initiative of a Delhi-based couple, Indu Bhutani and Rajeev Bhutani, who turned their passion for traditional homemade food into a purpose-driven business. The idea was born in April 2025, when their homemade pinnis started gaining immense appreciation and frequent demand from family and close friends.

Encouraged by the love and repeated requests, they spent over four months experimenting with recipes and perfecting small batches. By August 2025, Sattva & Company officially began its journey with a clear mission — to bring authentic, homemade Punjabi pinnis to a wider audience, while preserving the taste, quality, and emotional connection of traditional Indian sweets.

Though the journey has just begun, the response has been overwhelmingly positive. Consistent repeat orders and customer appreciation have reinforced their belief in the power of homemade goodness. At Sattva, every pinni is made with love, purity, and the promise of health — just like the ones made at home.
